        ACCC Publishes Latest NBN Wholesale Indicators Report

                                                                                 Commissioner Anna Brakey said: ‘Smaller
                                                                                 niche providers have injected competition
                                                                                 into the market for broadband services and
                                                                                 they now go some way to constraining the
                                                                                 big four of Telstra, TPG, Optus and Vocus.
