Zain agrees to sell treasury shares to Omantel for KWD 0.600 per share in deal valued KWD 255.4 million (USD 846.1 million)

Zain announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its entire block of treasury shares, representing 9.84% of Zain's fully paid in and issued share capital, to Oman Telecommunications Company ("Omantel").
