Business clients of the Vodafone Ukraine mobile operator, who have run out of money on their mobile account, will not be left without communications.
According to the operator, Vodafone Ukraine provides customers of small and medium-sized businesses with a payment deferral until March 30, 2022.
"On the first day (of March), the monthly cost of the package will be charged and a package of services for the next month will be provided. Even if there are not enough funds on subscribers' mobile accounts, we will continue to provide communications services. Payment of bills is deferred until March 30, 2022," the statement says.
Earlier, Vodafone Ukraine, like other mobile operators, announced support for prepaid customers who, on the morning of February 24, were unable to make calls or access the Internet due to an unconnected service package or due to low balance.
The Vega national telecoms operator, a member of the Vodafone Ukraine group of companies, said that its subscribers will stay connected even if there are not enough funds to pay for fixed Internet and telephony services.
