The National Telecommunications Authority (NTA), the Marshall Islands’ sole telecoms service provider, has selected Alepo for a new fully-converged fixed and mobile services billing solution.
The system will have the ability to respond to shifting needs in the island nation with the flexibility to support new services, while enabling NTA to roll out new, competitive 2G, 3G, 4G and fixed line data and voice plans, and to manage and monetise those service offerings from a single converged solution. ‘With our legacy system, we found it difficult to respond in a timely manner to evolving customer needs.
