Russian fixed operator TTK has launched its OTT service 'TV Without Borders', reports Cnews.ru. The service enables subscribers of all Russian ISPs to access TV services from the operator online.
Features include pause, time-shifted TV, archive and other VAS options. Subscribers of the 'TV Without Borders' service are able to watch 70 TV channels from TTK, including seven in HD, for RUB 249 monthly subscription.
