The Tunisian telecom authority INT (Instance Nationale des Telecommunications) has published a decision detailing a number of QoS obligations for the country's mobile network operators and MVNOs. The new measures, first proposed in a consultation document published in February, include the quality indicators for 2G/3G/LTE services and their evaluation, based on technical performance, interconnection and customer support.
