ZainTECH, the integrated digital solutions arm of Zain Group, enabling organizations to become Digital, Intelligent, and Resilient, collaborated with Vision Bank UAE to optimize and replatform the bank’s application environment hosted on Microsoft Azure.
As part of the engagement, ZainTECH worked closely with Vision Bank through a series of design discussions and architectural alignment sessions to shape the path forward, focused on driving cost optimization, replatforming key applications for improved performance, and enhancing day-to-day operations across the bank’s cloud estate.
The initiative included rationalizing cloud consumption, modernizing core banking applications on right-sized Azure services, and streamlining operational practices, contributing to a more efficient, performant, and resilient technology foundation.
A key priority throughout the engagement was maintaining operational continuity. All enhancements were delivered with minimal disruption, enabling Vision Bank to sustain uninterrupted banking services during execution.
Through this work, ZainTECH supported Vision Bank in achieving meaningful cost efficiencies, improved application performance, and a leaner cloud operating model.
