TF1’s now former streaming service MYTF1 posted a strong performance as it prepared to hand over to the new TF1+.
Turnover was up sharply, increasing by 15.7% to €104.5 million.
MYTF1 recorded an average of 27.7 million streamers in 2023, with 1.05 billion hours viewed, an increase of 8% on 2022.
Streaming represents some 30% of audiences to big franchises such as Star Academy and Ici tout commence.
TF1+ launched on January 8, 2024 with more than 15,000 hours of programmes and available on the majority of connected devices in France.
TF1 recorded 28 of the 30 best audiences of 2023; World Cup Rugby recorded historic audiences, notably the quarter-final of France followed by 16.5 million viewers, the best audience of the year.
