Mozambique’s National Institute of Communications (Instituto Nacional de Comunicacoes de Mocambique, INCM) has launched its ‘Internet in Schools’ project as part of a public-private partnership with the SpaceX satellite broadband service Starlink. The scheme aims to connect around 300 educational establishments across the country. Starlink was launched for private customers in Mozambique in June this year.
