Software solutions provider Skyvera, an affiliate of TelcoDR, has announced the successful upgrade of MTN Sudan’s platform using its cloud-native digital BSS/OSS portfolio. The digital transformation project enables MTN to use out-of-the-box features from Skyvera’s cloud-native portfolio to meet more than 85% of its business requirements, helping it to progress on its Ambition 2025 strategy to fully digitise its operations as more customers come online for the first time across the country. The project has led to the complete digitisation of the subscriber onboarding journey, while the fully converged billing solution includes retail, wholesale, and interconnect billing, and charging for post-paid customers.
