Kalaam Telecom and Real Search, a subsidiary of Bin Faqeeh Properties, have signed a strategic partnership agreement for connectivity solutions.
As part of the agreement, Kalaam Telecom will provide exclusive Internet connectivity to the tenants of all Real Search properties by providing a customised solution for broadband packages.
Kalaam has also assigned a dedicated service assurance team to ensure seamless service experience to the tenants, as well as provide training in connectivity solutions and highlight special offers to the customers on a regular basis.
The agreement was signed by Real Search chief executive Abdulla Al Awadhi and Kalaam Telecom Group chief executive Veer Passi at the Bin Faqeeh Office in Seef.
