Vodafone Qatar has implemented a range of Oracle(R) Communications technology and applications, including Oracle’s Siebel CRM, Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management, Oracle Communications Service Activation, Oracle Application Integration Architecture for Communications, Oracle Database and Oracle Fusion Middleware.
Delivered within just six months, the pre-integrated, network-ready Oracle solution is positioned to help Vodafone Qatar quickly capitalize on Qatar’s highly lucrative and newly-deregulated communications market.
The Oracle Communications solution enables Vodafone Qatar to quickly respond to customer preferences and market conditions, and to launch innovative new tariffs, promotions and bundles in a matter of days. The solution allows Vodafone Qatar to differentiate through a convergent strategy, offering products independent of payment method and service type, including third party content.
When introducing new customer-centric, IP-based services, Vodafone Qatar will benefit from greater control, operational efficiency and reduced costs, as all network-related changes are automated and orchestrated across all systems, applications and processes.
In a rapidly growing Middle East wireless market, the scalability and performance of the Oracle Communications solution helps ensure that Vodafone Qatar has the platform in place to manage growing subscriber numbers while delivering a superior customer experience.
Through real-time access to data, regardless of the source, customer service representatives have the information required to deliver a consistent and superior customer service experience, and the customer insight they need to suggest personalized cross-sell and up-sell offers.
EDS, a member of the Oracle PartnerNetwork, helped implement the Oracle Communications solution with Oracle Consulting.
