Ukrainian mobile network services have begun operating in the newly liberated city of Kherson, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Office Kyrylo Tymoshenko confirmed in a Telegram post reported by Liga.net on 13 November, two days after Russian troops withdrew from the city following an occupation lasting since the first week of March.
Tymoshenko stated that Kyivstar’s 4G LTE network was already operating in the city centre, and Yaroslav Yanushevych, head of the regional military administration, posted an online video from a central square in Kherson via LTE.
