The mobile phone operator Mobilis has launched the digital platform "Wimpay" allowing its subscribers to recharge their accounts and pay their mobile phone bills from their smartphones, the public operator said in a press release.
"Thanks to the new Wimpay digital solution, subscribers to all Mobilis offers, prepaid and postpaid, will now be able to recharge their accounts and pay their mobile phone bills from their smartphones wherever they are", specifies the same source. .
This new means of mobile e-payment is "the fruit of a contract signed this Sunday, September 11, between the CEO of ATM Mobilis, Chaouki Boukhazani, and the CEO of the National Bank of Algeria, Mohamed Lamine Lebbou".
The contract concerned the possibility for BNA customers to use the Wimpay-BNA e-banking platform to carry out all commercial transactions relating to their Mobilis accounts.
Available on Play Store and App Store, the Wimpay application, free and accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, "translates the desire of each of the players in digital services to offer tools that combine ease and security of use, and in line with the growing banking of the national community", adds the press release.
