Swiss DTH satellite platform operator Kabelio has added six channels to its line-up on Eutelsat Hotbird (13° East).
The new services are Super RTL, ORF Sport+, BBC Three, CBBC and Rouge TV from French-speaking Switzerland as well as Swiss education and culture channel auftanken.TV.
In total, 56 channels are now on board, including the main public and commercial TV channels from Switzerland, Austria and Germany, thematic channels, regional and international channels.
In addition, Kabelio customers can receive the HD channels of RAI from Italy, which have been broadcasting unencrypted via Hotbird since the beginning of the year.
“We are very pleased to be able to enrich the Kabelio offer with further attractive channels at no additional cost to our customers,” said Damir Krilcic, CEO of Kabelio.
