Software and services provider Amdocs has announced the signing of a multi-year contract with Indonesian telco XL Axiata for the supply of its end-to-end media solution enabling the latter to deliver new content and over-the-top (OTT) offerings to its customers.
In a statement, Amdocs also confirmed it will provide full integration, testing, operational support and delivery services to XL Axiata. Amdocs’ software-as-a-service (SaaS)-based MarketONE platform and content services will allow XL Axiata to offer its XL Home subscribers ‘seamless access to international, local and regional content services’. Furthermore, the end-to-end solution ‘will also provide XL Axiata with the capabilities to provide its customers with flexible entertainment packages, redefining the onscreen experience’.
