Raluca Berchiu is emerging as a leading voice on Customer Experience and Growth Marketing in the region.
At a recent industry event at CABSAT, Raluca stated that basic connectivity provides the means for digital transformation and satellites are playing their part in making this possible in the region.
She further added that digital transformation is forcing companies to adapt to the new market reality. It is the customers who are driving the change. Similarly, it is the customers' journey that should dictate the strategy of a company.
She commented that improving and maintaining a high level of Customer Experience is paramount for every business and it’s a must for organizations to embrace #technology to deliver an unmatched customer experience.
She summed up by adding that the state of anxiety about embarking on digital transformation continues to grow, with some fearing it may already be too late and businesses must act soon, or risk failure.
