Cygnet InfoTech, a global technology company, has boosted its presence in the Middle East region with the launch of its e-invoicing platform for Saudi Arabia.
The company, which has won accreditation as a qualified solution with the General Authority of Zakat and Tax (GAZT), will now provide technical solutions for the issuance of electronic invoices and electronic notes in the kingdom.
This will enable enterprises to comply with the implementations of the electronic invoicing system in Saudi Arabia, said a statement from the company.
A leading indirect tax solution provider headquartered in Ahmedabad, India, Cygnet InfoTech has also extended its enterprise VAT compliance platform in Oman.
With more than 130 million e-invoices in India generated via its Tax Tech's Compliance Portal, it is one of the most trusted indirect tax solution providers, said the statement.
Thanks to its presence in Saudi Arabia and Oman, Cygnet InfoTech is slowly becoming a renowned player in the global tax-tech market, it added.
With the recent VAT regulation being implemented in Oman, Cygnet Infotech has extended its enterprise VAT compliance platform in the sultanate. The Indian firm is now working with one of the largest retailers in the region to comply with the VAT Regulation.
