Ritter Communications says it has connected the first business customer to its fiber to the premises (FTTP) network in Fayetteville, AR. The connections are part of a zone-based FTTP deployment expected to be completed in the next 12 months.
The company has based it FTTP network on XGS-PON, enabling symmetrical 10-Gbps transmission. In addition to internet, Ritter Communications offers cloud services to its business customers.

To mark the service expansion, Ritter Communications is donating $50,000 to fund improvements along the Razorback Regional Greenway, a 40-mile biking and walking trail that connects many of the communities in the region.
