Oman’s national petroleum company OQ awarded leading Systems Integrator 3W Networks the telecom maintenance contract of its Gas Transportation Facility.
The gas facility of approximately 2700 kilometres consists of extraction plant, fractionation facility, storage tanks, shipping facilities, and an interconnection pipeline system.
3W Networks through its Technical Assistance Centre, 3W Care, will provide 24/7 advanced level of support to maintain the gas network uninterrupted function, ensure business continuity, and minimize backbone outage restoration upon failure. The scope of works also includes remote access diagnostic though NMS, maintenance schedules and onsite rectification mobilisation.
