discovery+ Entertainment is now available as an optional extra to almost 600,000 subscribers of the Telenor T-We service in Norway.
Commenting on the development, Camilla Amundsen, head of TV and broadband at Telenor, said: “In addition to the fact that we already offer the Discovery channels as TV channels, customers can now choose whether they want entire seasons and other exclusive content through the streaming service. discovery + Entertainment gives, among other things, access to popular Norwegian series before they come on TV”.
Telenor T-We customers have 100 points from which they can freely choose channels and streaming services, in addition to the basic package with the largest Norwegian channels. With these points, viewers can select in and out all the channels and streaming service found in the Telenor T-We universe. This is what customers do digitally on “My Page”.
Amundsen added: “That our customers can change channels and power services as often as they want is appreciated, and means that you do not need to have a subscription to power services in addition to Telenor T-We”.

We want to reach as many people as possible with our content, and that it is experienced as easy as possible for viewers to find. In addition to discovery + Entertainment, customers have access to a double-digit number of streaming services and over 100 channels in the TV package from Telenor T-We.
Telenor gained 19,000 more Telenor T-We customers in 2020.
