The UPC 4K TV Box in Poland now gives access to the Amazon Prime Video application.
The box was introduced by UPC Polska last summer and as of the end of 2020 was used by over 40,000 customers.
Commenting on the development, Bogdan Bucurei, CMO UPC Polska, said: “At UPC, the most important thing is the satisfaction of our customers, which is why we keep investing and innovating to provide them with the widest and most attractive digital entertainment on the market, available anytime and anywhere. Adding the Amazon Prime Video app to our flagship UPC 4K TV Box set-top box allows our customers to gain even wider access to great content”.
The move is part of a European-wide rollout of Amazon Prime across Liberty Global affiliates.
