The new platform is part of Zain Bahrain’s main developmental program that focuses on employee upskilling and reskilling in digital fields; the training platform will enhance employee engagement by gamifying the entire learning experience.
The platform developed by Zain Bahrain’s internal team promises to provide adventure and stimulation by altering the learning style into games and granting the employees game-like rewards such as points criteria, badges, and leaderboards.
