Vodafone Ukraine has launched its LTE network on the 900 MHz band in the Mikolayiv region, covering 179 villages including more than 93,000 residents with 39 new base stations.
Almost 3,000 sites including more than 2.7 million residents are covered with the LTE-900 network from the operator. More than 500 LTE base stations work on the 900 MHz spectrum band in 17 regions.
The operator plans to launch LTE-900 services in all regions across the country by the end of this year.
