Telia Play has been made available to all Swedish households; at the same time the streaming service has also been added to C More, acquired by Telia as part of its purchase of Bonnier Broadcasting.
“It is tremendous fun to finally be able to offer Sweden’s most appreciated TV service to everyone, regardless of the supplier they have in the house, on the TV or their handset. This is a unique and in-demand combination of broad streaming content and the most popular TV channels,” said Sarah S-Latef Engström, product manager for television at Telia, in a statement.
Telia Play includes 15 TV channels, including Discovery, and local and international series from C More and HBO Nordic.
Earlier this year Com Hem also made its streaming service to all.
