The Croatian Agency for Postal and Electronic Communications (Hakom) will set out the criteria for 5G telecom equipment suppliers, based on the recommendations of the European Commission, and allocate frequencies by the end of the year, a source from the regulator told Hina.
A national task force coordinated by Hakom will now select the tools and set out criteria for manufacturers and equipment suppliers wishing to work in Croatia. Domestic operators will be able to procure equipment and products from any manufacturer that satisfies the criteria.
