Orange Romania expanded its 5G network to Brasov and Poiana Brasov. Brasov became the fourth city where Orange customers can enjoy the performance of the 5G network and average speeds of 600 Mbps. The three cities where Orange's 5G is already available in three cities, Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca and Iasi.
The 5G network's expansion comes in the context of the exponential growth of mobile data consumption, but also of the customers' need for uninterrupted connectivity, the company said in a press release. At the same time, Orange continues to invest in both the 5G infrastructure development and the continuous expansion and improvement of the 4G / 4G + network in order to provide the highest number of customers access to the best technologies and services.
To get the best 5G experience, Orange customers can choose one of two dedicated subscriptions, Orange Me Start 25 or Orange Me 30, along with 5G compatible high-end phones: Samsung Galaxy S10 5G and Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus 5G.
