Orange Jordan offers BIG Season 6 startups a comprehensive training at Queen Rania Center for Entrepreneurship

As part of its continuous efforts to diversify knowledge resources and enhance the capabilities of its participants, Orange Jordan offered startups of the sixth season of BIG; its growth-mode accelerator program, the opportunity to receive a comprehensive training at Queen Rania Center for Entrepreneurship (QRCE).

In a press release issued by the company, Orange Jordan said that: "This program came as training support offered to startups, to diversify their sources of information, as well as provide them with different experiences that include skills that could be acquired within six months; which is the program duration, in order for it to be an integrated training program".

The company added that the training is part of the strategic partnership between Orange Jordan and QRCE, during which BIG Season 6 startups benefitted from the support offered by the center, across different areas, including; business models and operations, understanding customers and building a database, market-based revenue streams, improving value propositions, branding and business positioning, pricing and costing, building financial models and one-to-one consultancy.

It is worth mentioning that Orange Jordan has recently announced its open doors for registration to participate in the seventh season of BIG, where it will continue until 30 June 2019, close to the approach of the BIG Season 6 closing.

BIG program offers startups guidance and support to enhance their business growth and ensure their expansion into new markets, through the eight month program that provides technical consulting, product and service design, strategic marketing plans, and the provision of equipped workspaces at BIG platform, in addition to media exposure and giving them the opportunity to join Orange global network and facilitating their access to growth-mode accelerator programs.

The Queen Rania Center for Entrepreneurship (QRCE) is a Non-Profit organization established in 2004 to help develop Technology Entrepreneurship in Jordan. The Center is part of Princess Sumaya University for Technology, and plays the role of a national Center of Excellence for Entrepreneurship. With the expansion of the role of the center and the development in the strategic plan, QRCE to complete an ecosystem for entrepreneurship development and support in the country starting with the business plan competition involving universities, entrepreneurs and professionals from different sectors. Working closely with local and international organizations; QRCE focuses on areas such as: Networking, Recognition & Awareness, Capacity Building & Support, and Funding.
