Brazil's National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel) has published the new prices for the Right of Use of Radio Frequency (PPDUR) and the Right of Exploitation of Telecommunications and Satellite Services (PPDESS). This follows the resolutions from July and November of last year, which established deadlines for the new prices to take effect.
The resolution establishes that the PPDESS for all services of collective interest will be BRL 400. Services of restricted interest will cost BRL 20. In the case of the public price for the Exploitation Right for the Brazilian Satellite and use of associated radio frequencies, the price will be BRL 102,677.
