Ukraine’s National Commission for State Regulation of Communications & Informatization (NCCIR/NKRZI) has submitted its plan to allocate frequencies in the 2300MHz-2345MHz band for 4G LTE mobile services to the State Special Services Committee, reports BizLiga. The spectrum is being released after revoking the licence of S-Line, a company associated with Russian businessman Yevgeniy Roitman. At its meeting of 12 March the NCCIRdecided that new licences will be issued via a tender, a target date for which has not yet been set.
