Nepal Telecom is set to construct 12 new repeater towers in Tanahun.
Nepal Telecom Tanahun branch said it had planned to construct repeater towers to make its service accessible and solve the issue of ‘network busy’ at all places in the district.
With the construction of 12 new towers, the district will have 65 repeater towers. The telecom office claimed that with the construction of new repeater towers, the issue of ‘network busy’ would be settled. Out of the 12 towers, three have already been constructed while preparations are on to add one repeater tower each at the 10 local levels.
NT’s Tanahun branch office Chief Toyanath Mainali said his office had forwarded the plan to construct new repeater towers.
