Orange Jordan signed an agreement with Elevatus, through which the company will assist Orange Jordan to select the most qualified candidates to work at its various locations. The agreement was signed by Orange Jordan's CEO, Thierry Marigny and the founding partners of Elevatus recruitment, Yara Burgan and Yacoub Zureikat, in the presence of Ghada Fares, Chief Human Resources Officer at Orange Jordan.
Marigny said that the agreement falls in line with the company's goals that seek to employ Jordanian skills and help start-ups, and consequently contribute to developing local communities through benefitting from Jordanian competencies, pointing out that this will strengthen Orange Jordan's role as a national company, which mainly contributes to decreasing the unemployment rate.
He added that signing this agreement comes as part of Orange Jordan's continuous commitment to support Jordanian start-ups that seek to enhance and develop the local community, where the company is constantly seeking to develop its recruitment mechanisms in order to stay ahead of the technological development process. Elevatus acts as a link between Orange Jordan and job seekers, through providing an opportunity for qualified candidates to showcase their skills and experiences through a special video followed by a complete personality analysis using Artificial Intelligence techniques.
Marigny stressed the importance of such cooperation, particularly empowering startups, as they will contribute to the development of the local community, adding that the company will continue supporting such projects, stemming from its belief that it will create a positive difference across all levels.
