Singapore operator M1 has entered into a partnership with Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB) to offer its customers on-the-go access to the latter’s programmes via the TVB Anywhere SG mobile app.
Launched exclusively in Singapore, the TVB Anywhere SG mobile app is designed to serve as a better alternative to traditional pay-TV. The deal means that M1 customers can download and subscribe to the TVB Anywhere SG mobile app as a value-added service, with the option to watch original TVB dramas and variety shows. Most of the programmes will feature a dual track audio in Cantonese and Mandarin with English subtitles.

Subramaniam. “This new partnership with TVB gives M1 customers the convenience to seamlessly access and enjoy the best TVB entertainment across their mobile devices on M1’s superior 4G network, recognised for providing fastest speeds and connections. We will continue to strengthen our OTT proposition by offering a diverse suite of value-added services to our customers. This OTT content tie-up is the first of many more to come in the months ahead.”
