Ukrainian telecommunications operator Vega is offering its business customers a new PBX service. The cloud-based service includes tools for managing business processes. The service includes call record and analysis, as well as smart management of calls.
The service can be integrated with most CRM services and its supplies certain other VAS functions. A monthly subscription to the basic package coss UAH 299.
