Singapore MVNO Circles.Life has launched a no-cost Flexi Plan offering 1GB of mobile data, 30 minutes of talktime and 10 SMS per month.
Customers will be able to register for a SIM without entering credit card details, only providing their name, identification card number and address.
Additional data, talk time and SMS can be purchased via the CirclesCare app, including 2GB of data for S$12 or 30 minutes of talk time for S$5.
The plan will also be upgradable to the S$28 base plan, which includes up to 6GB of data per month with 100 minutes of talktime and unlimited WhatsApp, at any time.
New customers will be able to transfer post-paid numbers from their current provider to Circles.Life.
The MVNO plans to make SIMs available at its kiosks at SingPost outlets, starting with the General Post Office as well as the Sengkang and Woodlands post offices.
Circles.Life provides mobile services over M1's network. The company has developed a low-cost operating model, primarily based on online channels, to allow it to differentiate with affordable services.
The company also recently announced a new pay-as-you-go roaming package offering 70% off current rates in 34 countries, providing access to popular travel apps such as Google Maps, WhatsApp and Grab.
