Sri Lanka's Dialog Axiata said its mobile wallets could now be topped up from bank accounts, taking the country closer towards cashless transactions.
"Currently all banks integrated with JustPay platform of Lanka Clear will be accessible for eZ cash top-up," Dialog said.
"The feature is facilitated by LankaClear, a company co-owned by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL) and all Licensed Commercial Banks operating in Sri Lanka."
Dialog said its recently launched QR Code feature for its 'eZ cash' branded mobile wallet, is gaining popularity amongst our subscriber base, whilst transforming the mobile payments landscape in Sri Lanka.
