Abu Dhabi, 23 October 2017: Etisalat today announced a new international calling plan for all fixed-line home customers. The new Unlimited International Calling plan will have wide appeal in the UAE as it enables expats to remain in touch with their friends and family back home.
The new plan works with any of Etisalat’s current home phone services, including all eLife services. Customers simply subscribe to the pack, priced at just AED 150 per month and can then make unlimited international calls to a preferred country of their choice. Customers simply choose from a list of 64 countries, calls can then be made to any mobile or fixed line number in that country.
While subscribing to the calling plan, customers can continue to make calls to all countries other than the selected country under the normal standard rates. The plan offers the convenience to directly dial the international numbers from the home phone without the hassle of entering long calling-card numbers. There are also no contractual obligation for customers, who have the ability to discontinue or resume the plan at any point of time as their needs change.
Khaled ElKhouly, Chief Consumer Officer, Etisalat said: “The new ‘Unlimited International Calling Plan’ is another example of how we are constantly evolving our services to meet the growing needs of our customers in the country. The new unlimited International calling plan means customers can keep in touch with their loved ones for a convenient price from the comfort of their home.”
Etisalat’s existing and new eLife customers can avail the benefits of the new ‘Unlimited International Calling Plan’. Fair usage policies apply to this plan to ensure superior service levels to customers with normal usage behaviour. The fair usage limit can be checked to a specific country from the website or at our toll free call centre 800101. Calls beyond the fair usage limit will be charged at the regular standard rates only. For more details on the list of countries, log on to www.etisalat.ae/.
