Watany Telecom is to become the second MVNO in Tunisia after Lyca Mobile, with the official launch of the service scheduled for the first quarter of 2018, reports THD quoting a company executive. The new entrant will use the network of Tunisie Telecom and will primarily target the Libyan community in the country. Ericsson is working as a technical partner on the new service, while two communication agencies are preparing the launch campaign.
