Flow offers LTE

Residents on Saint Kitts & Nevis now have the option of full 4G LTE mobile services in the country, after Flow switched on its advanced network last Friday (29 September 2017). The network, which is presumed to operate in the 700MHz band, was officially activated by Flow (Saint Kitts & Nevis) General Manager, David Lake at an unveiling ceremony, who said the 4G network will offer a ‘new era’ of communications services in the Federation. ‘We at Flow have invested millions in our LTE network this year and we’ve earmarked millions more to ensure that our Federation has one of the best networks in the entire Caribbean,’ he said. Flow (Saint Kitts & Nevis) is offering peak throughput of up to 50Mbps, with users able to sign up via a new SIM card, available at one of the cellco’s retail outlets.
