Orange Egypt has announced the exclusive live broadcast of Lebanese singer Wael Gassar's concert in Cyprus on 26 August on the operator's Facebook page. Gassar has 24 million fans in Egypt and throughout the Arab region. Orange said it is using live broadcast technology and has introduced chatbots via Facebook Messenger, which will act as a customer service representative.
In the near future, Orange customers will be able to use chatbot technology to request or return a product. Chatbots will not be limited to customer service, but to announce specific product availability or send news to customers.
