Uzbekistan mobile operator Ucell deployed eight 3G base stations and 11 LTE base stations across the country from 7 to 20 August.
The 3G base stations were built in the city of Bukhara, as well as in the settlements of Shekhoncha and Frishkent in the Bukhara region, in the settlement of Fayzabad in the Karshi region, in the settlement of Chakkasholikor in the Khorezm region, in the neighbourhood of Bodomtela in the town of Parkent and in the settlements of Gulistan and Chuvalachi in the Tashken region.
LTE base stations were deployed in the city of Bukhara, in several locations in the city of Dzhizak and in the village of Kulam in the Dzhizak region, as well as in the Qibray municipality in the Tashkent region.
