In a press statement after opening a new branded outlet in Alhamra District, Riyadh, he added, “ I assure every colleague at “SaleCo” that they will not be negatively impacted, we care about improving Human Recourses and concentrate on (Employee First) value . We seek developing work environment in compliance with digital transformation without violating employees’ rights. The ownership change will not have negative impact on workflow or employees. We had previous examples like STCSolutions. Anything that concerns STC employees will be taken into consideration and announced via company`s official channels. It is important to keep in mind the interest of the employees, as they need the company, the company in return needs them to improve and provide contemporary and competitive services.
Biyari stressed that:” the future is brighter for STC employees, including SaleCo employees. We must believe in employees as the pillars of STC Group, and important goals cannot be achieved without them. Especially Sales Team and their similar colleagues who deal directly with different types of customers, as customers experience and its improvement lays on them.
The CEO accompanied by Eng.Faisal Alsaber, SaleCo CEO, inspected the workflow of the new sale point in Alhamra District and viewed the level of provided services, which reflects seniors keenness in the continuity of ambitus plans to raise quality standard by deploying sale points with the new brand. This also stresses our company`s commitment to its customers around the Kingdom.
