Now a permanent feature for iOS and Android devices, the Widget functionality offers customers a summary of voice, SMS and data use on their mobile screens without opening the Ooredoo Oman app.

This digital feature will give customers better visibility when it comes to their data use and also give them a whole new level of convenience at their fingertips.”
The new Ooredoo widget will not only allow prepaid customers to keep a regular eye on their balance without needing to open the app, but also give postpaid customers an easy way to check their bill summary and monitor bill due-dates. Customers with the widgets get latest usage updates on their screens at all times, without even having to login to the app. This lives up to Ooredoo’s promise to provide real time information to customers on usage and gives them complete control.
