ITC, ZTE sign network management agreement

Integrated Telecom Co. (ITC) and ZTE Corp. have signed a BSS/OSS and ERP Transformation program agreement in which ZTEsoft ZSmart end-to-end stack will be implemented.
ITC’s CEO and President Ghassan Itani said: “ITC is looking forward to a ZTEsoft ZSmart solution to enable the next generation Telecom & ICT services and products, bringing additional efficiency and productivity in operations with a reduced time to market and optimized total cost of ownership (TCO). ITC will transform its core processes including the lead-to-cash process and aims to enhance the customer experience.”
Itani added: “ITC is continuously developing its infrastructure and improving its capabilities in network management while working on the development of its internal systems and processes to achieve the unique value propositions in line with the expectations of its valued customers.”
Hu Xing, CEO of ZTE Saudi Arabia, said at the signing ceremony: “ZTE is working hard to serve the local market for more than 15 years by promoting the digital transformation, which strongly supports the National Transformation Plan (NTP), and ZTE is one of the main participants in realizing the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. As a result, ITC and ZTE will sincerely cooperate to achieve a win-win situation.”
ITC, as a progressive telecom player, is expanding its footprint in the Saudi Arabia market by providing connectivity and bandwidth services, and is a partner in the Saudi National Fiber Network (SNFN), landing stations, it has global reach through its international POPs.
