The U.K.-based video technology company Exterity is set to debut its latest IPTV and digital signage products at the upcoming InfoComm 2017 in Orlando, June 14-16.
Exhibiting in booth #861, Exterity will launch its latest version of the ArtioSign digital signage tool, which runs on the company’s AvediaServer series of products.
Designed to meet the growing demand for IP video and digital signage solutions, the new products enable integrators to provide their clients with cost effective, state-of-the-art video solutions.
Ultra HD 4K content protection and integration with digital signage are all crucial trends that the market is focusing on. We have been heavily focused on enabling these new services to be integrated seamlessly with our IPTV and digital signage portfolio,” says Colin Farquhar, CEO, Exterity. “Visitors to our stand at InfoComm will be able to see first hand how Exterity is evolving to support these buoyant markets, and how users can maximize the impact of their communications with integrated IP video and digital signage.”
Products Exterity will exhibit in its booth during the 2017 InfoComm show include:
ArtioSign
New screen elements that offer integration of third-party data, HMTL web pages, weather information for multiple days and locations.
Improved user permissions that allow organizations to manage access to specific ArtioSign functions.
Productivity and creation tools such as mute video and remote control channel change options.
The ability to deliver content direct to Samsung SMART Signage Platform (SSP) displays.
AvediaPlayer m9325 and AvediaPlayer m9325 Wi-Fi Media Players
Exterity explains these products allow users to playback HD video resolutions up to 1080p at 60Hz. The products incorporate built-in storage to support media-rich campaigns that include multiple videos. A pair of Ethernet ports support add-on services, including voice and data via a single device.
AvediaPlayer r93xx Receivers
Designed to enhance the connections of any screen located on a network, the new r93xx receivers are equipped with new HTML5 browsers. The products also support Samsung LYNK Digital Rights Management (DRM) content protection, and Exterity points out that when these features are combined with its AvediaStream g4415-LK TV gateway, integrators can offer complete end-to-end encrypted systems.
