Qatar University College of Engineering (QU-CENG) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Huawei Qatar to establish and implement a Chinese language and ICT training programme for ten students from different departments. According to the MoU, the training programme will be provided to students selected by a panel of QU representatives and take place at Huawei's facilities in China for two weeks.
