Batelco, as part of its commitment to deliver the most up to date and in-demand services has announced the phase out of its Fixed SMS service for PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) Customers. The fixed SMS service available from landlines is no longer in demand due to the industry shift towards mobile communications and the growing use of social media channels.
Batelco’s Mobile SMS service, which is widely used, will continue to be available with a number of Batelco’s top value mobile packages including on-net texts messages as part of their great benefits.

Thanks to Batelco’s superfast internet and highly reliable mobile services, both residential and business customers have access to numerous communication channels to meet all of their requirements.
