Bulgaria's telecommunications authority CRC launched a public consultation on the terms of an auction that will be organised for issuing a digital TV licence. More specifically, CRC will issue an authorisation for the use of radio frequency spectrum for carrying out electronic communications through one electronic communications network for digital terrestrial broadcasting with national coverage.
