As well as winning prizes, customers will benefit from a number of new online services, all designed to further reduce the need to wait in line at du’s Shops and contact centers. Customers will now have more flexibility to upgrade their prepaid and postpaid plans, they will also be able to view their payment and usage history, as well as trouble shoot – helping them better manage their spending and resolve queries. du will also become the only UAE telecom to allow customers to renew personal ID online to comply with the country’s ‘My Number My Identity’ requirements.
