As part of its on-going efforts to improve customer satisfaction, du has announced a change in its credit transfer service,One 2 One. As of 28 June, customers will be able transfer credit with lifetime validity between prepaid mobile lines free of charge through the More Time option only. Transferring credit through the More Credit option will no longer be available. "As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction we always make our valued customers aware of changes in our existing product and service propositions. I'm glad that our customers can enjoy credit transfers with lifetime validity and completely free of charge," said Fahad Al Hassawi, Chief Commercial Officer, du. Credit transfers can be multiples of AED1, between the values of AED2-AED200 (for example, AED5, AED55, AED101 and so on). Customers can transfer credit to up to 25 friends in one day, with the amount of transfer either equal to, or less than the available balance in their More Time account. Transferring credit is simple. To transfer AED30 to mobile number 055 1234 567, Pay as you GoR customers need only dial *121*0551234567*30#. They will receive a confirmation of the recipient mobile number and amount in an SMS, with the transfer made after confirmation.
